What is Colonic Hydrotherapy?
Colonic Hydrotherapy is the gentle infusion of warmed filtered water into the colon, also known as the large intestine. Through a process of gentle filling and emptying colonic removes encrusted matter , re-educates, rehydrates and reshapes the colon therefore making it more efficient.

The Colon or large intestine plays an important part in our wellbeing. It acts as the waste disposal for the body therefore like all other major organs it needs care and attention. However, due to our varied lifestyles, the excessive use of processed foods, alcohol intake and smoking habits we neglect its cry for help.
Irrigating the colon releases the body of toxins that would otherwise be harmful to the individual. The build up of toxins in the colon interferes with the metabolic system creating a catalogue of problems such as Constipation, Diarrhoea, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Candida, Diverticulitis, Headaches,
Sinus problems, Allergies, Bad breath (Halitosis), Bloating, Skin disorders i.e. acne, psoriasis, eczema,
Crohn’s disease, Cravings, i.e. sugar, salt, coffee etc.
Loss of appetite. Fatigue, Stress and many more.
